Cancer GPS's survivorship meetings are developed to help cancer survivors in their transition from active treatment to survivorship. Additionally, there are patient appreciation days, in which survivors and those in active treatment get to just do something fun and enjoyable. This survivorship program is a chance to interact with other survivors and to simply enjoy life.
